Email Support

Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Restore Purchases — In the app, go to About → Restore Purchases.
  • Manage Subscriptions — Use Apple’s page: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Refunds — Request via Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • If a purchase doesn’t appear immediately, tap “Restore Purchases” and ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

Troubleshooting

  • If products don’t load on the paywall: ensure you’re signed in to the App Store and have a stable network.
  • If “Restore Purchases” fails: restart the app and try again; verify the Apple ID used to purchase.
  • For Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID readings, please allow Location and enable Access Wi-Fi Information permissions.
  • For Bonjour/LAN discovery, keep the device connected to the same LAN and ensure required ports are allowed by your network.
